| Matthew's first full day in New Zealand! In the morning we drove over to Akaroa, where we had rented 51 Woodills Road for two nights. Because it was a lovely clear morning, we went the pretty way from Christchurch, i.e. up on to Summit Road, and then round to Gebbies Pass. During the afternoon all three of us went on a harbour cruise with Black Cat, and saw Hectors Dolphins (quite a few, in fact), and a fur seal colony, as well as lots of shags. These are Sue's and Matt's photos - sadly, there will be no more photos from Chris's trusty Lumix as our house in Christchurch was burgled on April 1st, and the camera was taken. |
