| Our last full day on Lundy. In the morning we went on a guided walk led by Sophie, a deputy warden. The walk took us up the east coast on the upper path as far as quarter wall, from where we crossed to the west coast to look at the puffins. There were indeed puffins to be seen, albeit at some distance. We then walked back to the pub where we had a delicious lunch. In the afternoon Richard and Chris walked down to the battery on the west coast, while the ladies put their feet up. After climbing up from the battery we saw a ringed ouzel by quarter wall, but unfortunately the camera had run out of battery. In the evening we had our farewell dinner in the pub. |
